Luciano is an organizational and program development professional with over 20 years of experience in public health and policy. During his career, he has designed and implemented successful projects for marginalized populations in Eastern Europe, Asia, and North America.
He has a heart for under-served and marginalized populations, and is therefore passionate about Utah Pet Partners and the people we serve.
Self-described as, “A bit off”, Luciano receives comfort, understanding, and support from his rescue dog, Jody, who is quick to jump in his lap at the slightest scent of anxiety or ridiculousness.
